Easiest 5 ingredient cookies - makes 14

Inspired by Deliciously Ella
Ingredients:
180g ground almonds
12 pitted dates
1tbsp chia seeds
3tbsps almond milk
a handful of chocolate chips or raisins
Method:
1. preheat your oven to 180 degrees (fan) then mix all the ingredients together in a food processor (except raisins/ choc) until a cookie dough paste is formed
2. remove cookie dough from processor and add the raisins/ choc chips
3. using a tbsp scoop out some of the cookie dough and roll into a ball
4. press down with hand into a cookie shape and repeat until all the dough is used up
5. bake in the oven at 180 degrees fan for 15-20 mins until golden
6. take out and enjoy!! super simple, healthy and delicious and a great snack!!
