Inspired by Dame Kelly Holmes Running Life
Ingredients:
30g oats
2tbs chia seeds
110ml almond milk (any nut milk works)
2-3tbsp granola (but up to preference)
variety of seeds, nuts and dried fruits (we like to use prunes, goji berries and pumpkin seeds)
spoon of almond butter
Recipe:
Make the mixture of oats, chia seeds and milk into a bowl or cup and place in the fridge overnight.
Take the mixture out of the fridge and put granola on the top and your dried fruit, nuts and seeds.
Put some almond butter if you want to have some over the top.
Your breakfast is ready to be eaten.
