Apple and Cinnamon Overnight Oats - serves 1

Ingredients:

30g oats

2tbs chia seeds

110ml almond milk (any nut milk works)

2-3tbsp granola (but up to preference)

1/2tsp cinnamon

1/2 apple (we like to eat the other half with almond butter)


Recipe:

  1. Make the mixture of oats, chia seeds, almond milk and cinnamon and place in the fridge overnight.

  2. Take the mixture out of the fridge and put granola on the top.

  3. Cut your half of your apple into small pieces and place on top of the granola.

  4. Sprinkle some cinnamon and your overnight oats are ready to be eaten.
